We recently went on a black water drift dive with Pura Vida Divers. Our Captain set up the dive vessel, Sirena, to drift along with the Gulf stream waters off the coast of Palm Beach, Florida. A very large float with a lighted weighted line was tossed in for us to follow as we drifted along looking for cool creatures coming up from the depths. With our lights burning bright in to the black water, it was fascinating to search for new and interesting sea life.
